RESPITE CARE
We provide short-term care and supervision to the population with developmental disabilities, consistent with the client’s plan of care. We adhere to the Divisions service goals and objectives. Our company goal is to provide the client with supervision in a safe living environment that will meet his/her emotional, physical, and mental well-being while providing relief to the client’s parents.
ATTENDANT CARE
At Annointed Hands Social Services LLC, we provide a certified and trained staff to assist the member to attain or maintain safe and sanitary living conditions and/or maintaining personal cleanliness and daily living activities. In providing these services, the staff might help the person to get ready to start their day by assisting with bathing and dressing. Provider selection is a mutual choice of the consumer.
TRANSPORT SYSTEM
Annointed Hands Social Services will assist in obtaining transportation for our clients to increase or maintain self-sufficiency, mobility, and community access. AHSS LLC Transportation Service is available for occupational, physical/speech therapy appointments when the members cannot provide such a service. We contact consumers & their families to set up the pickup and drop-off schedules. Records shall include the member’s name and ASSIST identification number, date of service, mile, pick-up & drop-off time.
