Habilitation Services at Annointed Hands Social Services are designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities acquire, maintain, and improve the skills necessary for independent living and community participation.

Our Habilitation Services focus on developing functional skills that empower individuals to live as independently as possible. Through structured, individualized support, our trained staff work one-on-one with each client to build confidence and capability in everyday tasks.

Services are delivered in the home and community settings, ensuring that skill-building happens in real-life environments where it matters most. Each plan is tailored to the individual's unique goals, strengths, and needs as outlined in their Individual Support Plan (ISP).
